How it works
Perfect for busy people, the elderly, when you’ve just had a baby or if you simply hate cooking – I’ve got you covered.
- Choose recipes from a handpicked list, ready for me to rustle up 6 savoury and sweet dishes in a kitchen session (each serves 4 or more) and fill your fridge and freezer
- Once the booking date is confirmed and deposit paid, I’ll send you a personalised shopping list – check your cupboards for the essentials before you buy in the ingredients! Most people find it easiest to organise their shopping delivery to arrive the day before the cook session.
- I come to your home (from around 9.30am) and get cooking for the next 3-4 hours – simply show me where everything is and leave me to it. Just make sure that there is plenty of room in your fridge and freezer!
- You get a range of family-sized meals and bakes, prepared to your personal requirements (including dietary needs) – job done.
A kitchen cook session costs £175, including meal planning and supplying a shopping list to you (£75 deposit secures your date, £100 balance due 2 days before the kitchen session). NB this does not include ingredients’ cost.

The gift of a helping hand
Looking for an unusual but oh-so-practical new baby gift? Perhaps you have an elderly relative, or a friend who is recovering from an illness or operation and you would love to offer hands-on support but can’t, due to distance or lack of time? Then gift them a batch-cook kitchen session and lend that helping hand from afar.

This has been a lifesaver, thank you so much. The set up was great: thoughtful low-pressure conversation about foods we like, what would work, how much storage space. The recipes were really well chosen to be interesting, nutritious and match our particular combination of needs. It felt like Tamsin had done a lot of thinking around the project which also left me feeling beautifully cared for. And my kitchen was much tidier when Tamsin left!
